New Jersey does not operate dedicated Veterans Treatment Courts. The NJ Judiciary runs a Veterans Diversion Program (pre-trial diversion) and a Veterans Assistance Project (voluntary referral service, all 21 counties). Neither is a Veterans Treatment Court.
