What we store

If you create an account: your email address and the handle you chose. That's it — never your real name, military branch, rank, unit, or anything about a case.

If you post a tip: it goes public right away, under your handle, the moment you post it — see community rules. We also store when you posted it and, only internally, which account posted it (never shown publicly).

If you save a court, we store which court you saved.

What we never ask for or store

Your real name, a case number, a judge's or probation officer's name, or any health information. A free, automatic check rejects posts containing a phone number, email, street address, case/docket number, Social Security number, more than 2 links, or a slur, and tells you what to remove. A post naming a specific official by title is held for a quick human check instead of publishing, to avoid doxxing or defamation.

Who sees it

We never share anything you submit with any court, the VA, law enforcement, or any other agency. This site is not affiliated with, run by, or in contact with any of them. Published tips are public to anyone visiting the site; they're attributed only to your handle. Any logged-in user can report a tip; 3 reports auto-hide it pending a quick admin look.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and your data yourself, any time, from My courts — no need to ask anyone. This removes your saved courts and any tip still held for a check. A tip you already had published stays up (it's already public and no longer tied to your account), but everything else about you is gone.
